Level 1, level 2 and level 3 Labels

Hey @GSS0C24 , today was seen some merge PR. In these PR has just 2 line of code changes in the contribution but PROJECT ADMIN give those contributors level2 and level3 labels this is not fair. I completed 17 PR but i just get a maximum single time level 2 label. but some contributor getting easily level 2 and level 3 label at just 2-5 line of code contributing.

how will we review the pr if we dont know from where the pr is from and by whom the pr is done

I don't know how to review this, but this is the big Problem for the Genuine contributor.
I found this problem so I sent the problem to GSSoC team.

i just wanted to know the project as we had done review before and found some projects which were not giving proper labels

So just wanted to know if it was a particular repo you were talking about or multiple repo

If it was a single repo i could just review all the prs now only
