I haven't got my swags

I am a winner of gssoc batch 1 which lasts 3 months as i have ranked 6th there but still dont get the swags by now please tell how to get it and by when i can get?? And also why @sanjay-kv is not responding to my queries as I have been trying to contact him from last 3 months but no response??? What to do sir?? @sanjay-kv
