Hello @sanjay-kv, @MastanSayyad It has been a while since I noticed that the person at the top of the leaderboard is constantly pushing PAs to assign him more and more issues and raise his levels. Today, I had a meeting with the PA of NexMeet, @TejasNasre, and we were discussing PR code changes. During our discussion, he began criticizing his reviewed PRs that were leveled down and threatened to monitor all the PRs of other top leaderboard contributors. I am requesting that you take strict action against him, as this behavior has been ongoing for a while now. He is very active in Discord voice channels and boasts about his PRs to other contributors. You can ask @TejasNasre and other PAs who have worked with him about his attitude. Thank you. |

Yeah he is active and pushing to assign PR with high level also without the completion of the whole issue and after I asked him to make PR were I will not give any points to him to solve that I think he needs to change the att. a bit. He works hard but not in appropriate way |

@mehul-m-prajapati @TejasNasre dont worry the core team have started reviewing the pull requests of the top contributors and we have reduced some of the top contributor levels As for the misbehaviour i will let the team know about it |

@sanjay-kv, I’m banning this contributor after thoroughly reviewing his profile and reducing a significant number of scores on his PRs. he has begun discussing this openly in Discord voice channels with other contributors, even after I explained the reason for the score reduction. This attitude, coupled with pressuring PAs for higher labels, is unacceptable. Over the past few days, I’ve received complaints from mentors, our most active Discord members, the Discord manager, project admins, and fellow contributors. While his contributions are technically strong, the behavior and desperation displayed do not reflect the conduct expected of a top ranker. |
