Managing Localizations

The purpose of this RFC is to investigate the benefits and drawbacks of using an external platform for localization management, as well as the changes required to implement such a system.

Advantages of using an external platform:

• It can provide a centralized location to manage translations, making it easier to coordinate the efforts of multiple translators.
• It allows translators, reviewers, and developers to collaborate, which may result in higher-quality translations than pull requests.

Disadvantages of using an external platform:

• Depending on the platform, there may be a cost associated with using a good platform for localization management.
• There may be some effort required to integrate an external platform with InnateMC's development workflow.

Things to consider:

• The platform chosen should be compatible with InnateMC's current technology stack, development workflow, and build pipeline.
• The chosen platform should be user-friendly to both translators and developers in order to accommodate the growth of InnateMC's user base and localization needs.

Using an external platform for localization management can provide many advantages, including centralized management, collaboration, and automated translation. However, it may also have some disadvantages, namely integration. Cost may also be a factor. InnateMC should carefully consider the benefits and drawbacks of using one and choose a platform taking into account factors such as compatibility, scalability, and quality.
