• Finalize and open charter revision proposal
• Approve and welcome Ravi to the ART!
• Project and community evolution -- The "enablement" phase
  • Expect the enablement phase to be a slow 1-2 year process; don't rush, and don't get frustrated
    • We've done the "cool" technical work, and now we need to put energy into showing the problem solving and doing the marketing
  • CNCF sandbox may not have a great return on investment in the near term
  • Presenting to CNCF TAGs is highly recommended
    • Existing performance and scale use cases may get some positive attention here
  • We need to build clear problem-solving use cases, particularly where senior expertise can enable many junior users
  • Integrating specifically with Argo in a demonstrable way would be internally valuable
  • Security-related workflows may be valuable to build and demonstrate
  • Consider the business tracks of larger conference events to demonstrate the use cases
