I don't know how to flash the A.I Deck

I have no experience in flashing firmware so I just followed the instructions on: https://www.bitcraze.io/documentation/tutorials/getting-started-with-aideck/

I bought the OLIMEX JTAG from the bitcraze website so I would be able to proceed. I am using the Bitcraze VM to proceed with flashing the deck. However i encounter the following errors
"Error: JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all ones
Error: Check JTAG interface, timings, target power, etc.
Error: Trying to use configured scan chain anyway...
Error: gap8.cpu: IR capture error; saw 0x0f not 0x01"

I honestly don't know what to do. This is for my capstone project which I have less than 11 weeks to make. The A.I. deck is an important component since I need the camera to test my A.I. computer vision model with the drone. I am a little distraught since I invested a lot in this hardware only to have bad luck and receive an A.I. deck that needs to be flashed and doesn't work right out of the box.

I would appreciate it if someone can help me through this process. I need to make sure the drone is working by this week or I'll just have to cut my losses and redesign my A.I. project without the use of the drone while I still have the time to do so.

I was able to fix it. I just rechecked all the connections. unplugged re-plugged everything. I think the flashing worked now.
