feature request browser extension advise if MFA available

Just wanted to put a feature request out, for popular websites that are known to support MFA it would be nice to have bitwarden advise the user at logging onto the site that it's support and to set it up if the use wants too. maybe on first logon if MFA hasn't been saved into bitwarden.
