For weeks, I am on the way to migrate my WordPress based homepages (en: https://fodina.de , de: https://karsten-reincke.de ] to a Bootstrap / bootScore based theme. Because my previous base Yaml-CSS is unfortunately no longer maintained. Besides, the wife had already remarked a few times that my old site https://2022.fodina.de/ looked rather old-fashioned. With which she is - as always - somehow right. So far I've switched to bootScore as-it-is, integrated Font-Awesome and trimmed the whole thing for SEO. At last, it should become a 'fancy' site - again. Still a long way to go, I know. But now I have been asked to do this publicly. Step by step. With explanations. With the focus on open source based plugins and tools. I am happy to comply with this request.
Feel free to ask for integrating, testing and documenting details that I will not have mentioned: sharing creates value.
