Incorrect invoice amount sent to Client

I have set up my web hosting packages such that a monthly fee for hosting is $10 (for example) and the setup fee for the first month is -$1,
when the client places the order, all is well on the bootstrap theme (not on huraga theme), but when the "Invoice created" email is sent to Client, it still says their bill is $10.
