[BUG] - Unable to add NPM package search to firefox

Hi,
So I am readding NPM to my firefox as a search engine after reinstalling windows recently. I went to https://npmjs.com, right clicked the URL and selected Add "npm package search".
When I click this option I get the following error
Firefox could not download the search plugin from: https://static-production.npmjs.com/osd.xml
I tried to search for a solution, but I could not find any solution to resolve this issue on my side.

Luckily I was able to find an alternative solution using mycroftproject.

Thought I would raise this here as I was not sure where else to raise it. If this is not the correct place please let me know the correct location to submit this issue, thanks.
