Perplexity Pro promo code

Anyone else had a problem redeeming the promo code? It says "Promo code not valid" when I try. I am not an existing pro customer

I have the same "Promo code invalid" issue. Looking at the code it doesn't look to be random generated if that works as a clue for investigating the issue

Sorry guys, email said it's a disposable personal one. I got it in the email about the second GitHub Universe 2025 day.

I had exactly the same problem, but I just found an email titled Highlights of GitHub Universe day 2 (and what's next for 2025) where they provided a new code at the very end of the email in section: "New Perplexity Pro codes in your attendee portal". This code worked correctly, and I was able to activate the Pro version
