I can't upload proof of my academic status

Hi everyone,

Recently i tried to apply for GitHub Education but i can only upload a photo from the webcam, isn't any way bette? I have my regullar student certificate on pdf.

I tried uploading from the phone and taking a snap of the PDF, but for some reason i can only take a snap from my front camera, when i try to change it to de back camera nothing happens, it stays on the front one.

Any help or solution?
