Hi @jgardner16, I'm going to echo @davevad93's answer above. The best place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. Please open a ticket with them :) |

Hi,
I have an account under the username "buttonsquared," but I lost my phone with 2FA enabled, and now I can't log in. Unfortunately, I don’t have an SSH key, recovery keys, or any other backup method.
However, I am still able to pull and commit to the private repositories associated with the account, if that helps with verification. Additionally, I have a credit card on file for the account. I still have access to that card, but if I can't recover the account, I’ll need to report the card as stolen to prevent being charged for an account I can no longer access.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
