give 404 error while showing on pages that it is live on given website

• added domain and verified and it is verified under Pages
• added TXT record in Domain provider DNS settings
• added workflow which build and deploy and it run successfully
• on repo Pages it say website is live on the domain name
• added CNAME and .nojekyll file in project root

but still it shows 404 when opens the website.

Note: earlier this domain was working with same approach but with different github account ; unregistered and registered from that github account before doing above operations.

checked github status; everything works fine

everything looks okay as per process; how much time it will take to have it live?

Look into you branch setup ,also look for build errors

no build error. and this is main branch and dig command dig CNAME www.parixan.xyz +short rseponse the output as recursivezero.github.io.

Issue has been resolved. issue was that my astro project was generating client and server folder so direct index.html was not available.

also do some changes in config

1. added CNAME entry in DNS on domain hosting.

and check with dig CNAME www.parixan.xyz +short which show .github.io
2. remove www from domain name in Repo > Pages
