Hi!
We are working on supporting our GitHub app with GitHub Server. While most GitHub Servers host multiple organizations, our approach asks the installing admin to create a custom GitHub app with an expiring auth token, and manually set the Webhook URL, Secret, permissions, and webhook events.

A server with multiple organizations requires repeated creation of a new GitHub app for each organization under this server.

Is there a way to distribute the app across multiple organizations ins the same server? Our app also exists in the GitHub Marketplace but is not accessible from the server.
