Is there any way to stop the youtube live stream and then restart the video after some seconds

I want to start live stream through my channel and want to stop video and then restart the video after some seconds. I have tried the YouTube API but there is just update stream API . Is there any solution to this problem or any other software that can solve this issue ??For live streaming I am using VMIX.
