Odd graphic errors when building from source.

I haven't touched Eclipse RCP products before so forgive me if this is an obvious question. I've done my best to follow this guide https://github.com/dbeaver/dbeaver/wiki/Develop-in-Eclipse but I'm having some unusual errors. This is what it ends up looking like when building from source in Eclipse.

I'm assuming this is a problem with my dependencies but I'm unsure how to resolve them. In the Run Configurations it says there are no errors.
