CP4D 5.0.3 on prem support Granite-3.0-8B-Instruct model?

I have questions about Granite-3.0-8B-Instruct model, Could you help confirm if the following things? Thanks.

1. Is Granite-3.0-8B-Instruct model available for CP4D 5.0.3 on prem. my understanding is that Granite-3.0-8B-Instruct model has been only released in CP4D 5.0.3 for IBM Cloud. Is it right?

2. In case the model can be used CP4D 5.0.3 on prem, the same supported on CP4D 5.0.2? if not, is there any workaround to run CP4D 5.0.2 prem.
