Wireplumber won't start

Wireplumber installed but will not open on a fresh install of LM22? It does not appear in the main Mint menu but that I can run it via wireplumber in a terminal.

Also doesn't show in menu, but when I type sudo apt install wireplumber I get:

wireplumber is already the newest version (0.4.17-1ubuntu4).

When I run it in a terminal I get:
