Pagination - Allow disabling entire component

I've ran into a couple scenarios where it would be nice to disable the entire Pagination component (loading/fetching). I understand it can be done by using a custom ItemComponent but I feel this would make things easier for many.

I'll add disabled prop to Pagination component in one of the next minor releases
