Is this the place to ask about local groups?

I'm restarting my Meshtastic activities after a long period, and can usually see about a dozen nodes in the app. However, message traffic appears to be sparse and I'd really like to get together with other users in the same area (Halifax/Calderdale UK): is this the place to do it?

There are also some local groups that live on the discord. Lots of UK folks there at least.
