[Support] MQTT payload encryption

I'm trying to forward position information to a local MQTT server, but I'm unable to get the MQTT message payload finally decoded. My default channel shouldn't be encoded since I added my HAM radio callsign and this should prevent radio messages from being encrypted.

This is the relevant part of my config:

I was able to decode the full message in node red using the component @meshtastic/node-red-contrib-meshtastic
