Adding epaper screen to XIAO ESP32S3

Hi.
I've been playing around XIAO ESP32S3 + Wio-SX1262, and was willing to add an epaper via an ePaper Breakout Board.

Unfortunately I didn't find many option for doing that in the display documentation.
Any help appreciated
