The ad I personally have been getting is for DeBeers diamonds (shown above). Got jumpscared again.. |

Certain advertisements (I don't have a screenshot currently but the next time I get jumpscared I will try to remember to get one) are able to bypass the muted ads (even when it is already supposed to be muted by default). These ads play at FULL volume with no warning, and the one I have been getting recently is just a random jazzy song so it took me 2 weeks and dozens of times for me to realize where the sound was coming from. Also, there is no way to mute the Modrinth in Windows audio manager, but that may be something on my end or just an OS issue. It'd really be nice to have a way to mute the app/advertisements so that I can stop being jumpscared :)
