Filtering modpacks by what mods they contain

Problem

Currently, there is no way to search through modpacks by what mods they contain, neither on CurseForge nor on Modrinth.

Solution

Implementing a mod search bar in the modpack filters.

Behavior of this search bar:

• The mod search is a simple text input
• If someone starts typing, it provides typeahead, trying to find the mod they want on Modrinth
• If there is that mod, it adds a chip with a modpack thumbnail
• If that mod isn't there, let the user add a text-based chip that has no icon (or a "text" icon instead of a modpack thumbnail)
• The user can bypass the autosuggestion if they know the Modrinth ID or slug, or a Curseforge ID, so they can just type in "mr:sodium", "mr:AABBCCDD" or "cf:305840"
