HACS integration broken after update to 2025.01 because of MusicAssistant Repo

I recently updated HomeAssistant to 2025.01 and noticed that my HACS failed to set up.
When I look into the logs I can see the following:

This error originated from a custom integration.

Looking into the code did not give me useful information.

I know that there is now a HomeAssistant integration of MusicAssistant without the need for HACS and I already moved my installation to use that integration.
However I did not remove the repository from HACS, is this a problem?

I hope somebody can help me.

This Reddit post washed up my timeline right after posting this issue. The given bug report helped solve it.
