Error on initial install 'nautobot-server migrate'

Centos, followed the readme doc so far and seeing this error. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, that looks strange. What version of PostgreSQL are you running? This seems like it might be pre-9.6?

Good call. I didn't realize yum installed older versions (postgres 9.2 and redis 3). I had to jump through some hoops to uninstall and reinstall following these guides.

But now the error is fixed and I can move forward with the rest of the install.

Looks like you're on CentOS 7? That's not something we officially support at this time; if it's at all possible for you to move to CentOS 8 you shouldn't require such workarounds. Regardless, glad you're unblocked!

I hate to extend this but experiencing something similar (at least to the uneducated noob):
installing on ubuntu 20.04.1 all updates applied.

nautobot-server migrate returns:
