Today we released v1.3.0 of the OpenFGA server.
This release comes with some new server configurations that you can use to control query evaluation behavior so as to protect OpenFGA servers from overly costly queries (e.g. queries involving a lot of evaluations to resolve a single request). The release also introduces some breaking changes that were impacting OpenFGA builds. Developers using OpenFGA as a library or the gRPC API are impacted by this change. If you are using OpenFGA as a library or the gRPC API, please see the release notes linked above for more information.
If you have any questions/concerns about new or changed behavior, please feel free to reach out here on Github discussions or on our Discord.
