How to get car play entitlement from apple?

Hi,

I know this question might not be relevant here but I still wanted to ask and hear about others experiences. I am trying to get car play entitlement so that I can build organic maps from xcode.

How long does it take to get car play entitlement from apple? Any way we can remove car play functionality easily till the entitlement is granted? I have already applied at https://developer.apple.com/documentation/carplay/requesting_carplay_entitlements but haven't heard from apple for some time now. Can someone please share their experience and suggest what should I write to them for getting the entitlement quickly?
