mpfs-hal-ddr-demo from U54-1

Hi targeting the MPFS Video Kit we are trying to speed things up in regards to DDR training and testing. Currently hart0 (e51) is doing all of the heavy lifting. It seems that if we migrate this code to Hart1 (u54_1) there could be a significant performance gain

Has this ever been undertaken or anyone given this any thought? What is driving this is a customer requirement to great speed up the First Stage bootloader process.
