Portainer - how to set Adguard as dns?

I have portainer installed on my raspberry pi and adguard dns. The problem is portainer can't see adguard dns and I get this error when checking for images update:

Error: Unable to retrieve image status for container: c0871f5fd551d050dff03c107e517185d7c555aed84dc736ca2f8de7b92c7617: Cannot get image digest from HEAD request: pinging container registry registry-1.docker.io: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup registry-1.docker.io on 192.168.0.69:53: read udp 172.17.0.5:47275->192.168.0.69:53: i/o timeout

192.168.0.69:53 is my adguard container ip
172.17.0.5 is portainer
