Microfrontend PrimeReact (10.7.0) and PrimeNG (17.18.3) SASS/CSS theme compatibility #2301

I'm closing this discussion since no one discussed. I researched and found that sass-theme for angular is not updated to new system. Because of that latest versions cannot be used together. I'm waiting for that update. If you want to update your projects, make sure to look at that incompatibility. |

I'm using multiple frontend applications, communicating via module federation. I updated the PrimeReact version from
9.6.0
to10.7.0
for a particular reason and also the sass theme files for react which is guided from primereact-sass-theme. In order to keep consistency, I also updated the angular applications PrimeNG version from15.3.0
to17.18.3
. When I ensured that the update for sass theme files are only for PrimeReact but not for PrimeNG. I think that the PrimeNG is not using new CSS classes. I know that the PrimeNG has primeng-sass-theme but in microfrontend architecture, it is not possible for me to use two different styles at the same page, it overrides other theme styles. What should I do for that, is there any suggestion, or in the future PrimeNG and PrimeReact SASS Themes will be compatible and when should it be, or am I doing something wrong?Beta Was this translation helpful?
