Diamonds Template has broken menu from beginning

Hello, i have a lot of issues on diamonds template. For exemple static menu, can't do a simple item with route, only with subcategories working the menu, over side, the slim menu have tooltip, but compact menu not. A problem is on mobile menu, is static and i can't click on items because has not an submenu, active menu for selected item is not working. How is possible, like you pay $65 for a broken template?
