It seems that this code in primeng table that tries to set the style to use stacked mode: this.renderer.setProperty(this.responsiveStyleElement, 'innerHTML', this.domSanitizer.bypassSecurityTrustStyle(innerHTML)); results in this style - indicating a security issue: <style type="text/css">SafeValue must use [property]=binding: @media screen and (max-width: 960px) { #pn_id_23-table > .p-datatable-thead > tr > th, #pn_id_23-table > .p-datatable-tfoot > tr > td { display: none !important; } #pn_id_23-table > .p-datatable-tbody > tr > td { display: flex; width: 100% !important; align-items: center; justify-content: space-between; } #pn_id_23-table > .p-datatable-tbody > tr > td:not(:last-child) { border: 0 none; } #pn_id_23.p-datatable-gridlines > .p-datatable-wrapper > .p-datatable-table > .p-datatable-tbody > tr > td:last-child { border-top: 0; border-right: 0; border-left: 0; } #pn_id_23-table > .p-datatable-tbody > tr > td > .p-column-title { display: block; } } (see https://g.co/ng/security#xss)</style> |

v17.8.9 - even using StackBlitz on the stack example from the p-table documentation page does not seem to work. It stays in table mode rather than going to stack mode.
