Can I copy a collection by recover from snapshot?

I want to create a collection copy named t_feed_image_hot. It has same structure with existed collection t_feed_image_cold.
First I create a snapshot file of t_image, as
5.0G Sep 8 01:31 t_feed_image_hot-8646737005337473-2023-09-08-01-30-30.snapshot

And I try to create the new collection with this snapshot file

PUT /collections/t_feed_image_cold/snapshots/recover

it can be executed successfully and cost 20s, but I get a new collection with no points, I have 2million vectors in old collection
why?
