issue: values are not being reset when you manually refresh or refetch of server side api . want to hit api every time when manual refech button clicks

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to CSB
2. Check values on textfields.
3. Click on some values on textfields.
4. Click Manual Refresh Button every time on click i want to call api .
5. but values is not resetting .
6. please check sir please

Expected behaviour

When Manual Refresh Button click get the latest values in from the api and reset.
