Component Id format B and indexing

We discussed a new format B for component ids, based on a tree structure with slashes:

We discussed how such a new format can be combined with the need for more explicit indexing of component, needed in message that pack data form multiple components in e.g. a string.

We identified two options

1. a new status that provides the full ordered list of cmponents. receivers can use this to compute indexes of item in any sub-tree they use.
2. adding a new 'mapping' attribute in relevant message, that provide the mapping used for that particular messsage subscription.
