Explanation of our workflow and git repos.

TLC SXL 1.2.1

M0004 Restart controller should be safe as long as the controller follows the correct shut down sequence.
It's used in Finland, but only as a way to reset alarms.
Renaming M0004 to something like "reset alarms" would perhaps mean implementations would keep working, but there's a risk of confusion.
We will mark M0004 as deprecated (for later removal) in 1.2.1.

New command for resetting alarms (soft reset).

We plan to add a command for forcing detector logic for a certain period, typically a short period. Practical that the supervisor don't have to be remember to clear it again.
New command or a new attribute to the existing command? It would requiring a change to the core spec to allow optional command attribute.
Use-cases would be bus-priority or emergency priority. Although there are customized commands for some of these use-cases that is the preferred way to handle it.
