Test hub
La Semaforica TECSEN Cartesio is now on the test hub.
TMacs supervisor system is on the test hub. What about Kapsch EcoTrafiX and Technolution MobiMaestro, Swarco Omni, others?
It's now possible to test on a matrix of core versions. Enabled for ITC-3, not yet for Cartesio.

How can working groups be more independent?
We looked at how GitHub Projects can be used to organize work. Looks good, let's continue looking ijnto how they can help working groups organize their work, and also coordinate with the Technical Board.

Resetting alarms is useful, when you don't have to wait to alarm to reset automatically.
Cycle counter precision. 1/10 of seconds is the required precision. Adding a new attribute like cyclecounter_precise is probably best, because the original attribute is not changed. A challenge is that the status would be send ten times as often if it's send whenever the cyclecounter changes.
