Hi,
I'm a spectroscopist and not an expert in R langage. I can download OPUS files, but no way for extracting single scanes and AB spectra from the list object.
May I ask some help here? I mean a few lines of code for extracting and saving as text/ASCII files the following:
spectrum "AB" with atmospheric compensation
spectrum "AB" without atmospheric compensation
sc_ref
sc_sample
Another option would be to extract information from the OPUS binary file, using Igor or Python. But I don't know how to read this file?
