User sub accounts

I'm interested in your cloud computing platform but I need the ability for a "master" user to have sub users. A master user will create an account and sign in and from there they can create sub users. The sub user would receive an email to setup their account password. Also the master user would be able to access all the sub users DB tables. Is this possible with the Supabase platform and if so do you have any tutorials or third party integrations that provide this capability? Thanks in advance.
