DSO citizen-centric login did not populate the FSM data. however, while logging in with the employee DSO portal, we could see the data being populated.
As mentioned by the Niua team we need to use citizen specific portal for DSO login.
After doing an analysis found that inbox v1 service for employee and citizen DSO login results in different output. Is that the reason FSM data is not populated on the Citizen-Centric DSO panel?
Kindly help us to debug the same on the local so that we can resolve this issue.
