De novo preset filter settings

I've always wondered what the difference is between de novo and dominant filter presets.
Yes the quality parameters are different, you go less sensitive into the filter.
But that should not be everything.
Actually you also want to see possible mosaics in the parents:

So I would suggest to set the preset like this:

Index :

min DP het. min DP hom. min AB min GQ min AD max AD on FAIL
10 5 0.3 10 3 - drop variant

Mom and Dad:
min DP het. min DP hom. min AB min GQ min AD max AD on FAIL
10 5 0.2 10 2 - no call

With the last parameter no call for Mom and Dad variants with low germline mosaic would not get filtered out and the user can decide in the IGV if this is something or not.
