The pull request will be merged. It introduced the problem of python3 compatibility, however:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
  - python 3.6*
  - tomopy 0.1.15* -> dxfile -> python 3.4*
Use "conda info <package>" to see the dependencies for each package.

Should fix this and probably also update to the latest tomopy version.
