Use SNS jupyter notebook site for CT reconstruction

This tutorial explains how to use SNS jupyter notebook site to perform CT reconstruction.

For the first time users of SNS jupyter environment, please first setup.

The following steps are shown in this demo video.

If you have not done so, please open the SNS jupyter site and your browser window will look like this:

Then click to open the folder "notebooks":

Then click to open the folder "CG1DImaging":

Then click to open the notebook "TomoRecon-Crack.ipynb"

Click menu "File->Make a copy" to make a copy of this notebook

Click the title of the new notebook "Crack-Copy1" to change the title to something more meaningful, maybe the name of your sample

Now follow the instructions in the new notebook.
