Use SNS jupyter notebook site for CT reconstruction

This tutorial explains how to use SNS jupyter notebook site to perform CT reconstruction.

First follow this tutorial to open the SNS jupyter site, and your browser window will look like this:

Then click to open the folder "notebooks":

Then click to open the folder "CG1DImaging":

Then click to open the notebook "Crack.ipynb"

Click menu "File->Make a copy" to make a copy of this notebook

Click the title of the new notebook "Crack-Copy1" to the name of your sample

Now follow the instructions in the new notebook.
