InvoiceBundle still in 3.1

The OroInvoiceBundle has been marked as deprectaed and should have been be removed for the 3.0 version:

OroInvoiceBundle is deprecated and will be removed in version 3.0. Please, do not use this bundle.

It is still there in 3.1 LTS, is it then planned to be removed in 4.0 ? :)

@gplanchat removing the code that has been marked as deprecated quite a while ago is not the highest priority task, as you can imagine.

Are there any issues with it still being present in the code base?

Not an issue at all, more a concern about the date from which we will need to take into account the removal. For BC concerns on running projects.
