Debian: neurochat: error while loading shared libraries: libllama.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory #2

On Debian 12 (stable) I did:

wget https://github.com/ortegaalfredo/neurochat/releases/download/0.6-dev/neurochat-0.6-amd64-ubuntu.deb
sudo dpkg -i neurochat-0.6-amd64-ubuntu.deb
neurochat
neurochat: error while loading shared libraries: libllama.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

README here on Github is not enough simple for me to understand which commands to run to install it properly in my case.
