In going through some updates I noticed that there are now two entries in Cockpit's application list for "Image Builder" (cockpit-composer) - with one entry showing it's installed, while the other is not. Opening the installed app, I see the single build in my list from before any upgrades, so I assume nothing is missing at this point, but unsure why cockpit-composer is duplicated and mismatching in its installed status.
I'm still in the process of updating Fedora, at the moment from 38 to 39, so I'll check again after all the updates are completed to see if anything has changed.
