Following up from #255, we should test some edge cases and extend the policies if necessary.
Examples of things not tested (and allowed) currently:
/root: gets linked to /var/roothome
/srv: gets linked to /var/srv
/opt: gets linked to /var/opt
/mnt: gets linked to /var/mnt
